Equivalent noise resistance of bipolar transistors – a derivation

Posted on September 29, 2016 by Ain
Reply

A simple way to estimate the noise of the bipolar transistor is to use the  equivalent noise resistance. This post and its associated paper shows how the equivalent noise resistance is derived. Please visit the Signal Processing Group Inc., website and search under “complementary” items to read or download the paper.
